Hi! I'm Sarah
For as long as I can remember, I've felt a connection to all animals. I love the Hawaiian concept that you are not your pet's owner, but their Kahu, meaning their 'guardian, protector, steward, beloved, attendant' and that your role is to protect them and help them walk through this life while providing as much love as possible.
With a Bachelor's in Women's Studies and a Master's in Nonprofit Management, I have worked in various professional IT roles and started pet sitting many years ago for friends and family. In 2019 I LLC'd, and in 2021 I finally decided to make the leap, leaving my full time corporate position to pursue my passion for animal care. Over the past few years, I've been blessed with the most amazing clients, a wonderful, knowledgeable, dedicated team, and feel lucky every day to call this my job.
As a frequent traveler who has a 19 year old kitty, Miss Pirate, I understand how important it is to know that your fur babies are receiving the same love as they would from you while you're away. Our team consists of a small but mighty group of dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable, certified pet care professionals who focus on safety, education, enrichment and professionalism. We provide outstanding care while still having fun and giving plenty of cuddles to your beloved family members. We tackle all 'the things' so you can remain worry-free!
The Team
Our team is comprised of experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated pet care professionals who are honored to care for your pets. All teammates are Bonded & Insured through Pet Sitter's Associates, have real world experience working in the pet care field, receive regular on the job training, participate in monthly team meetings, and are offered continuing education opportunities.
They also have either the Animal Red Cross CPR Certification or have taken the PetTech PetSaver course which covers everything from CPR to First Aid, dental care, senior care, and general health and wellness. Some teammates have also passed the Certified Professional Pet Sitters exam through Pet Sitter's International.

Services
All new clients require a 30 minute complimentary meet and greet. Vacation visits also require 2 acclimation test visits prior to your vacation leave date, so please plan ahead and leave plenty of time to get scheduled.
Doggy Adventure Visit
This is a more in-depth outdoor adventure to either the local park or to your pet’s favorite hiking trail, etc. Transportation and cuddles are included, of course. Cost dependent on specific adventure.
Base Price: $35/hour
+$5 for each additional dog
+$10 before 9 a.m./after 6 p.m.
+$12 Weekends
+$15 Holidays
Vacation Visit Packages
We're here to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible in their own environment while you're away!
Our packages are personalized and include Breakfast, Midday and/or Dinner, and Bedtime visits. We also offer Overnight Visits from 9 p.m.-7 a.m. at your home, if desired. We do not offer boarding in our own homes.

Specialty Animal Visits
Chickens, Bunnies, Birds, Bearded Dragons...everyone needs love and attention! Also, if your pet has special needs such as medical administration (i.e. diabetic insulin), or needs specialized care for a few hours at a time (palliative care or wheelchair care with the need for constant supervision), we can accommodate longer visits.
